The menus provided are merely suggested items and may be customized to meet your specific requirements. We will gladly work with you to produce a menu satisfying food taste and presentation. Menu selection should be finalized one month prior to the function date.

FORMAL BUFFET SET-UP

Formal buffets include Tablecloth and Skirting. Our courteous and professionally trained wait staff will attend to your party. Please add $5.00 per guest for China Service.

HORS D'OEUVRES RECEPTION

Our buffets are beautifully displayed with serving pieces and accented with your chosen colors. China Service is $5.00 per guest.

BEVERAGE PRICING

GUARANTEES

A guaranteed attendance figure is required for all banquets five (5) days prior to the function date. This figure will be considered the minimum attendance figure for billing purposes.

SERVICE CHARGES

There will be a 20% service charge and 9% state sales tax added to the final bill for all banquet functions and services.

CAKE CUTTING FEE

We will cut your wedding cake at no additional charge. $2.00 per person for plastic ware and $4.00 per person for China Service.

DEPOSIT FOR CATERING SERVICES

At the time of the initial consultation, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. This deposit is for catering services to be performed by Oak Catering and is separate from facility rental fees and/or deposits. We will accept cash, personal checks or credit cards for deposit payments.

BILLING

The complete balance is to be paid in full 48 hours prior to the event if paying by cash or credit card. If paying by check, the complete balance is due seven days prior to the event.


Any additional charges incurred at the time of the event such as additional guests or beverages will be due in full at the completion of the event. Oak Catering will provide a fully itemized invoice for all food, beverages, incidentals, and services provided. Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice
